Phillipa Karn Photography is an award winning wedding photographer living and working on Waiheke Island in the Hauraki Gulf of Auckland, New Zealand.
Phillipa specialises in wedding photography on Waiheke Island, however, she is also available to travel throughout New Zealand.
A Degree in Fine Arts with a Photography Major from Auckland University (Elam) gives Phillipa an appreciation of photography as an art form, as well an awareness of light and composition in her images.
She loves to capture the magic of a wedding day as it unfolds in a combination of documentary, fashion and fine art photography styles - and to deliver the best quality photographs possible.
Phillipa works alongside her clients to gain a good understanding of the type of wedding they are planning, and can suggest many great locations the island has to offer for wedding photography - from funky baches and boat sheds to sandy beaches and romantic vineyards.
