Vintage style Postcards of Waiheke landscapes

Vintage style Postcards of Waiheke landscapes

Landscape is one genre of photography I love, and Waiheke Island offers plenty of inspiration with it’s coast and interesting geographical features.

I decided to make some of my favourite images into a set of retro styled postcards using various post production filters to give a vintage look to them. The cards are printed on beautiful recycled card (locally produced I am happy to say) and have a reverse side which is in keeping with the retro theme.

They are selling in local gift shops on Waiheke and the shop owners tell me that often people say “I wish Waiheke was still like this!”

Feel free to email me for any inquiries regarding the cards or wedding photography at any of these locations.

The famous (or infamous!) Love Wall. Graffitied many years ago by local lads and has remained (with a few touch ups) ever since. A favourite spot for location work during wedding shoots.
