Brendan & Kirsten's Wedding

Our photography for Brendan and Kirsten's fun wedding began with the boys, and I love this series of images.
However, the rain set in just before their service but Brendan and Kirsten rose to the challenge and just got on with enjoying their day to the max!
Being sporty types I pushed them (gently) into venturing into the rain and they were rewarded with lots of fun and romantic shots.
The service was held at The Dunes and for locations we used the Pioneer museum and the vineyard nearby, finishing at the eastern end of Onetangi Beach in the last light of day

"I just want to say how happy we were that we chose you as our photographer, all of our photos are beautiful.....I'll definitely be recommending you to anyone who has their wedding on Waiheke Island" Kirsten

A fun filled wedding held at The Dunes, Onetangi. The guys got ready at a fab place called the Love Lighthouse in Palm Beach..a funky bach with ultra modern decor (roll down movie screen etc etc!). We did a combination of locations taking in areas down the Onetangi straight and then a walk along the beach in the gorgeous late afternoon sun.

"Wow Phillipa, some of these images brought tears to my eyes they are absolutely breathtaking" Cushla

Steve and Mel's wedding

You couldn't meet a nicer couple than Steve and Mel so it did seem a bit unfair when the rain came down on their special day.
Needless to say they handled everything with great finesse and just allowed the day to unfold ..
The service was at The Dunes and we went down the Onetangi straight in Steve's classic cars and got some great locations
This small collection of images tell their wedding story in a blend of photojournalistic, candid and naturally posed images which is how I see my job as a wedding photographer

"Wow! I'm incredibly happy with the photos...it's an absolutely perfect account.
.... having seen your work we knew we would get very special memories of our day." Mel
